at first glance I thought it looked good; so I interlibrary loaned it and I read it.
Condi Grew up in the age when Racism was rampent against ' colored people' as they said it. her mother was diognosed with cancer when Condi was 15. they prayed at least her mom  would be able to see Condi grow up.
Condi's dad was a pastor. the book genrally follows the faith of condi rice. her mom died when Condi was 30 years old.

oh ya, I remember I asked Sierra a question about how the japenese felt about being put in camps when world war 2 happend..

I found a book on that!
