I had seen this book in a book catalog when I was younger, I had cut the ad out and put it away because I really wanted to read that book. then the last day I found it and looked it up on Amazon.com, read the reviews. and I was really happy to find out that my library had it. So I got it and read  it.


Mozart's sister Nannerl is a really good panio player, her brother Wolfie is a good one too. they perform together and Nannerl is jealous of her brother because he's a boy and she's a girl and that means she isn't going to be aloud to persue music when she grows older and make it her career.

I really liked it! it made you go back in time to Mozart's time. and it told of his sister.  and what the author persieved his Sister did.

there is a bit of romance in it, but its light romance.

do I suggest it? yes totally.

What I thought:

I was disapointed by this book. I did see that the author wanted to get it clear to her readers that North Korea was a closed in country, but it seemed like only half the book was about that while Mei lin was a missionary in China having a dream about a baby that she prayed for.

the cover was the thing that caught my eye.

Porcia Blake's wish came true, her parents bought a house in gone away! so they go there and discover many old stuff in the house, a lot of people come over and help them set up.

I really liked return to gone away better then gone away lake because it was way better then the first book.
it made me want to discover an old house!

My overall opinion: I did not like the way Jane Austen was protrayed in this movie. She was protrayed as someone who indulged in too much wine, flirted with any man in her path, and was always in constant ill-humor (which is not how I would picture Jane Austen). It seemed like she had some of the behaviors that the real Jane Austen would have condemned in her stories. It also seemed like whenever there was a quote from one of Jane Austen's novels, it didn't seem natural when it was said, like it was just bluntly inserted into the dialogue. And it seeemed that Jane cared more for Fanny getting a rich husband than one that she actually loved, which isn't like Jane at all; I've heard that she told Fanny to get a husband that could support her, but that she should not marry without love. However, the scenery and costumes were good (though I didn't like this turban thing that Jane wore for a lot of the movie): if you're looking for Regency Era dress ideas, here would be a good place to start. But I'm afraid that good costumes and good scenery aren't enough to save this movie.

I am scout is the bio of Harper Lee, the person who wrote to kill a mockingbird. you'll find out that the town was molded after what she wrote in her book: to kill a mockingbird, Atticus in the story was molded after her father, her house maids, and Dill her friend. I liked it a lot! It was the best bio I have read, it read smoothly.

alert: before reading this book, you have to read to kill a mockingbird to really understand the bio.
